At NewSmile™ USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
